Free UK Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on all orders to mainland UK addresses. There is no minimum spend — free delivery applies to every order, regardless of size or value.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2–5 working days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking notification by email once your order has been collected by our courier.
For large or heavy rugs, delivery may be made on a pallet. Our courier will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery slot.
Delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands
We deliver to all parts of the UK, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and offshore islands. Delivery times to these areas may be slightly longer than mainland UK. Please contact us if you have any questions about delivery to your area.
International Delivery
We are pleased to offer international delivery to many destinations worldwide. Please contact us at info@kelaty.com for a delivery quote to your country.
Returns — 30 Days
We want you to love your rug. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided it is unused and in its original condition and packaging.
There are two ways to return your rug:
- Free drop-off: you are welcome to drop your return off free of charge at our warehouse in Northwest London. Contact us to arrange a time and we will share the address and opening hours.
- Post or courier: you may return the rug by the carrier of your choice. Please note that return delivery costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly described.
To arrange either option, please contact our team at info@kelaty.com with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days of the returned item being received and inspected at our warehouse.
Damaged or Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that your rug arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
