The same layered Morris design — honeysuckle trails winding through tulip heads and foliage — here in Woad and Thyme, named for two of the dye plants Morris himself worked with when he revived natural dyeing at Merton Abbey.
Woad gives the deep blue, thyme the soft green. It is the more historically faithful of the two colourways and the one that sits most easily with old furniture.
