Ziggy — NW-02 — is the busiest design in the New Wave range: a dense grid of small squares, discs and hand-drawn motifs in browns, gold and cream, closer to a mosaic or a page of ornament than a conventional rug pattern.
Momeni built the collection around the distinctive shapes of American modern art, and Ziggy is where that gets most maximal — dozens of small gestures rather than a few large ones.
