Composition looks like a painter's sketchbook page — loose, dry-brushed patches of colour scattered across the rug, with a fine dark line drawn freehand around some of them. Scion call it a striking abstract block pattern.
Amber sets ochre, slate blue, charcoal and a flash of coral against a warm grey ground, with two large ivory shapes giving the eye somewhere to rest.
